Pacific Heights Real Estate Prices & Statistics

Let's jump into the numbers and review the Pacific Heights real estate market statistics that we have so far in July 2018. All data is provided courtesy of Statistician, Patrick Carlisle, from Compass

Today we will go over the following topics:
- Pacific Heights Median House Sales Price
- Pacific Heights House Average Dollar Per Square Foot Value
- Pacific Heights Median Condo Sales Price
- Pacific Heights Condo Average Dollar Per Square Foot Values

Pacific Heights Median House Sales Price

It's very important to remember, as our Statistician mentions, in neighborhoods such as Pacific Heights, the actual number of single family home sales is relatively low, sometimes anywhere from 40-60 home sales per year and sales prices can range anywhere from $3,000,000 to $30,000,000 for a house. While it's not uncommon to see short-term fluctuations in the market, the longer-term trend lines are more meaningful.

As you can see, the Pacific Heights condo market has been hot since the Great Recession ending right around 2012. There have been a few blips in the market in the last few years mostly attributed to the uncertainty of the Presidential Election in 2016, foreign market investments, and new Chinese regulations.
